Join Christine in her studio on Putland Road, Bray, for a deeply relaxing 90-minute Sound Bath. This cosy, small-group experience is limited to just 4 people, creating a nurturing space where you can fully let go.

Everything is provided for your comfort - yoga mats, blankets, pillows, bolsters, cushions, and eye pillows - so you can simply arrive and settle in. You’ll be guided into rest as the soothing sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and other instruments wash over you. The vibrations encourage the release of stress and tension, support emotional balance, and bring clarity to the mind.

This small gathering is perfect whether you’re new to sound baths or a seasoned meditator. A gentle way to unwind at the end of the week.
