Sound Baths
Relax. Restore. Rejuvenate.
A Sound Bath is a gentle, deeply calming experience where soothing sounds help ease your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation. Using instruments like Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls Tibetan, gongs, drums and chimes, a Sound Bath allows you to let go, unwind, and find a sense of balance. Sound Baths are also sometimes called a Sound Meditation, or Sound Journey.
What is a Sound Bath?
Imagine being wrapped in waves of peaceful sound, like a warm hug for your entire being. A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where sound vibrations help quiet the mind, ease tension, and invite deep relaxation. It’s not about listening to music- it’s about feeling the sound move through you, bringing a sense of harmony and calm.
What Happens During a Sound Bath?

-
You’ll settle in by lying down fully clothed on a yoga mat.
-
Get comfortable with blankets, cushions and bolsters.
-
The session begins with a few moments of gentle breathing to help you relax.
-
Christine will play a variety of instruments, creating a soothing soundscape that encourages deep rest.
-
The vibrations move through your body, helping to release stress, quiet your mind, and leave you feeling refreshed.
-
There’s nothing for you to do- just close your eyes, breathe, and relax.
Every Sound Bath is unique, and each persons experience is different. Some people feel a sense of floating, deep rest, or even an emotional release. It’s all part of the journey.
